SHIPPING AND RETURNS
An order confirmation email will be sent out once the order is confirmed. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account. All orders received before 7pm will be processed & shipped out the next business day using CanadaPost or UPS except public holidays. A shipping notification email will be sent out once the item has been shipped.
A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped where you can track the status of the delivery online. You can also trace your package with CanadaPost or UPS . Delivery time may vary depending on shipping method and destination. All deliveries must be made to a verified street address. No P.O. boxes allowed.

Return and Exchange Policy
We do not entertain any products exchange, customers are to examine the products prior to accepting them.
To return products, kindly ensure it is within 14 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. The Pendant(s)/Bracelet(s) and the cord(s) must be returned in resalable, like new condition with no visible signs of chips or scratches on them together with the original Authenticity Card(s).
Broken pendant can be replaced. Kindly return all broken pieces, authenticity card with matching serial numbers and CAD$50.00 replacement cost. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
DO NOT scratch the Authenticity Card to reveal the Product ID# and Password nor register the Pendant(s)/Bracelet(s) unless you are certain that you are keeping the Pendant(s)/Bracelet(s).
No returns or refunds within 14 days if the Authenticity Card is scratched revealing the Product ID# and Password.
